Our Assessment: As the name implies, the Distinguished Combat Magnum is a remarkable piece of machinery that is tough enough for any application this pistol rates in Very Good-plus condition the bore is bright with sharp rifling and the action has very light play in full lockup. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards. The double-action trigger pull is smooth with a crisp single-action break.
There is very little play in the chambers in full lockup with barely perceptible play front-to-rear the cylinder timing is correct. Mechanics: The action functions correctly. Overall, this revolver is in about Fine condition. The screw heads are tool marked with strong slots. There are light tool marks around some screw holes. The hammer and trigger have light operational wear in otherwise strong case coloring. There are a couple of light marks on the right of the barrel rib. Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 97% of its metal finish. Overall, the grips are in about Fine condition.īore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. The grips have minor handling wear with a few scattered light compressions and some white residue on the butt.
